When personal checks are received they must clear our bank unless prior arrangements are made with Mark Sill. 

All money orders, wire transfers, and credit card purchases ship the following business day. 

All sales are final, unless we agree there is an error in the description. 

The knife must be returned in exactly the same condition, and with the original packaging.  A ten percent restocking fee will be assessed.
